is a trade name of Gil-Rach ABA Services, a Florida (USA) business. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the website and the study platform, why we use it, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email hola@mindseedacademy.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email and password. The password is stored encrypted; no one on our team can see it.
- Your study progress: chapters read, answers, quiz and exam results, flagged questions and interface language, so you can continue on any device.
- The free guide: if you request it, your email and the exam you're preparing for.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive what you bought, when, and the payment status.
- Technical data: our hosting providers log data such as IP address and browser type to run the service and keep it secure.
Don't enter client data. The platform doesn't need, and should never receive, health information or personal details about the people you serve.
How we use it
- To give you access to the platform and save your progress.
- To send the guide you asked for and account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts).
- To occasionally send study tips and news if you requested the guide. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To charge for purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To understand, in general terms, how the platform is used so we can improve it.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding), Stripe (payments), Google (email and website fonts). These providers may process data in the United States. We may also share data when the law requires it.
Browser storage
We use your browser's local storage only for what's needed: keeping you signed in and saving your progress while you study. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your account and progress within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, or stop receiving emails. Write to hola@mindseedacademy.com from your account email.
Age
The platform is for people 18 and older.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and providers with recognized security practices. No system is 100% secure: use a unique password and tell us if you notice anything unusual in your account.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we'll email you.
