These terms apply to the website and study platform. is a trade name of Gil-Rach ABA Services (Florida, USA). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
What is
- An independent educational product for the RBT® and BCBA® exams. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). BCBA® and RBT® are registered trademarks of the BACB.
- Practice questions are original and do not reproduce official exam content.
- We don't guarantee that you will pass. Results depend on your preparation and other factors.
- The content is educational. It is not clinical supervision or legal or professional advice.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use a real email address.
- Your account is personal: don't share your access with anyone.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Permitted use
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to study with the content. You may not copy, publish, sell or share the questions, explanations or chapters, or download them automatically. If that happens, we may suspend or close the account without a refund.
Plans and payments
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Founding price: for the first 100 people, the first month is free, then $8 a month. You keep that price as long as your subscription stays active without a break.
- Passes and packs are a single payment with no automatic renewal. Access lasts for the period stated on each product.
- We may change prices in the future. If you have a subscription, we'll tell you before a change applies to your next charge.

Changes to the service
We may update, improve or remove content to keep it current with the BACB outlines. We do our best to keep the platform available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or provider outages.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
