We want you to pay only if the platform works for you. That's why you can try it free before buying.

7-day guarantee on your first purchase

If you're not happy with your first purchase (subscription, pass or pack), email us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund it in full. This guarantee applies once per person.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't give partial refunds for a month that has started.
• If your subscription renewed, you haven't used it since, and you write to us within 7 days, we'll refund that charge.
• Founding members: the first month is free. If you cancel before it ends, you aren't charged.

Passes, packs and single exams

We'll refund you if you write within 7 days of purchase and haven't yet finished any full mock exam included in it.

PDF guide

Because it's a downloadable file, it can't be refunded once downloaded, unless the file has a problem we can't fix.

How to request a refund

Email hola@mindseedacademy.com from your account email with the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
